Join us Friday, April 8, 2016 for lunch and presentation from Keith Viers, Second Vice President/Branch Manager of New York Community Bank of Cuyahoga Falls. Keith will present information which centers around what to look for and different scenarios regarding financial fraud against seniors. We'll discuss things like Power of Attorney abuse, fraud committed by caregivers, investment fraud, lottery and telephone scams, and identity theft. He will offer suggestions on how to avoid becoming victims of these crimes and also provide a list of resources.
The OWLS meeting will be held at Akron General Medical Center Health & Wellness in Green located at 1940 town park blvd. Uniontown, OH 44685 at 11:30 am. We begin with a free lunch together followed by the presentation.
